Credit Union (SCFCU) one of the fastest growing credit unions
in Minnesota. And the strategy that will – as we take it to another level of depth and frequency – make us even more successful in the future.

The success we’ve had thus far hasn’t been fast or easy. Every
gain has been hard won and well earned. But in many ways, we’re just getting started. That’s why we’re writing this book. To maintain momentum.

This book comes at an important time in the development of
the strategy as we build on the success that has separated us from our competitors and prepare to take it to that next level that will make it impossible for them to catch us.

This book will document the history and progress of our
meaningful difference strategy, reminding us how far we’ve come and giving new team members the benefit of our experience.
